Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dalang (dalang.ai.id), an early-access service that runs AI agents in a private workspace. By signing in or using it, you agree to them.
The service
Dalang gives you a workspace in which you can start agent sessions with the AI tools you configure, organise them into projects, and schedule them. It is provided in an early-access state: features change, and it may be slow, interrupted or discontinued.
Your account
- Access is by invitation or approval while the service is in early access. We may refuse or close accounts.
- Keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide a working email address you control.
Your content and credentials
You own your files, prompts and agent output. You grant us only the permission needed to store and run them for you. You are responsible for the content you put in your workspace and for the actions your agents take, including commands they run and changes they make. Review what agents do.
Use your own accounts and keys for AI providers and follow their terms. Do not use your workspace to resell access to a subscription that does not allow it, or to share one account across other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dalang to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, send spam, or host malware;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to software work;
- try to escape your workspace, reach other users' data, or overload the service;
- circumvent limits such as quotas or rate limits.
We may suspend or remove a workspace that breaks these rules or endangers the service.
Limits and cost
Resource limits (CPU, memory, disk, running sessions) apply and depend on your plan. Paid plans and Dalang AI credits are prepaid through QRIS; prices are shown before you pay, and nothing renews or charges automatically. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Costs charged by your own AI providers are yours.
Availability and data
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We try to protect your data but do not guarantee against loss, so keep copies of anything important (for example, push your code to a Git remote).
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or damage caused by AI agents' output or actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months, or zero if you paid nothing.
Ending
You can stop using Dalang and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access, and will give notice when reasonably possible. Sections that by nature should survive (content ownership, liability) do.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it. The date above shows the latest version.
